After we held a few meetings with City of Houston Code Enforcement and Permitting, showing detailed repair documents including photos revealing water level, completing permit application, we were successful in obtaining a repair permit for homeowner. Once repair permit was obtained the HVAC company was then able to move forward in pulling their permit and both permits were properly closed after final inspections by Code Enforcement. Homeowners were grateful and living without fear from City Code Enforcement.

Lifting businesses up

When a Houston area restaurant owner saw low interest rates as a positive signal to expand and build-out new spaces, they struggled with their Architect attempting to manage permitting by himself.
