Q. Can you pick up our permit plan set?
A. Yes, we can pick up your plans in the cities we are located and begin your expediting process with the city’s permitting center. For new locations, we can leverage our partner relationships to assist.
Q. Can you assist with accessibility reviews and inspections?
A. Yes. We Have has partner relationships with Registered Accessibility Specialists (RAS) across the state of Texas and can coordinate these services on your behalf.
Q. We’re not sure how to respond to city permitting plan reviewer rejections. Can your team assist?
A. Yes, we can assist. Our permitting team is experienced in municipal building codes and permitting requirements. We also can meet with the city permitting Plan Reviewers to obtain clarification and review corrective action to make sure plans comply.

A. Currently, we have offices in Houston, Kingwood, Dallas and San Antonio and our team can assist you in those cities and in surrounding areas to noted locations. From asbestos testing to ADA compliance to plan reviews to the reproduction of plan set to completing building permit applications to expediting to providing daily updates and managing the full online process. We’ll even send you alerts about changes occurring in your city’s permitting center that may impact current or future construction projects.
Q. We are working on a government contract and need assistance in meeting our small business goals. Is Bradlink certified as a small business?
A. Yes, Bradlink is certified as a small business enterprise (SBE) in compliance with Small Business Administration (SBA) guidelines. And we have the following certifications to assist on various agency contracts: Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE), Woman Business Enterprise (WBE), and on federally funded transportation and infrastructure projects, our Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) can be used.
Q. Our city’s permitting process is fully automated online, but we still do not have the time or available resources to handle it. Can your permitting team assist?
A. Yes, currently, we manage on clients’ behalf electronic permit application and plan submissions including the pre-requisite documents. We also monitor and provide frequent updates to alert clients of any issues and timing of building permit to be ready.

A. Yes, we have an experienced team of Registered Architects, Designers, Project Coordinators and Construction Managers and we welcome the opportunity to serve you in other areas.
